**Contracts Administrator**

**Full Time - Office Based**
**£21,000 - £25,000**
**Permanent position**
Our client, based in New Costessey - NR5, a Mechanical and Electrical Company are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team in a busy Norwich office.
**Duties will include, but will not be limited to**:

- Support the contracts team
- Manage and filing of incoming and outgoing documents
- Document control for all drawings, specifications, reports, quotes, mail, etc.
- Schedules administration, technical submissions etc.
- Help with getting quotes from suppliers and sub-contractor
- Organise order request forms
- Assist surveyors with reports, payment certificates etc.
- Issuing orders
- Monthly reports
- Updating programme of works using Asta power project etc.

**To be considered for this position you will be a team player with**:

- Good Microsoft office knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and plan to keep deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure

Working hours - 8am to 5pm
