We’re recruiting an Office and Student Experience Coordinator for the Students’ Union at ARU in Chelmsford to be the first point of contact for students and visitors to the Students’ Union, providing a gateway to other union services as well as administration and finance support within the Students’ Union.

What you will be doing
- Be the first point of contact for queries, creating a warm welcome for visitors and demonstrating a well-rounded knowledge of the Union and its event and activities.
- Ensuring the office is appropriately staffed by monitoring desk bookings.
- Maintaining confidential processes for booking Advice Service appointments and enquiries
- Processing daily banking sheets for the office
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office

Where will you be working

This role is based on the Chelmsford campus. Due to the nature of the role, the post holder will be required to work in the office 5 days per week.
