Office Administrator

We are looking for a full time administrative assistant who is happy to work flexibly with a variety of responsibilities within the business.
Applicants must have a good telephone manner and computer skills. The position is varied and involves working as part of a friendly team in a busy office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Looking after general office administration duties.
- Assist with the production of invoices.
- Liaising with other team members and our Accountant.
- Interacting with drivers and suppliers.
- Helping us to develop and improve our office management systems.
Key skills required:
- Must be confident and familiar with Word and Excel.
- Some familiarity with sage accounting software would be an advantage.
Salary is dependent on experience
