Are you looking for a career in administration with the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification? We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a School Office Administrator Apprentice.

We offer a comprehensive training programme, which includes both theoretical and practical skills. You will receive dedicated study time and support to help you successfully complete your apprenticeship. Throughout this period, you will have the chance to work towards the Level 3 Business Administration Standard qualification.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for producing various documents using software packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also handle standard enquiries by telephone or in person from pupils, parents, staff, and the wider community. In addition, you will manage and update school records and databases, supporting the implementation of school policies and procedures. Collaborating with staff to ensure a smooth daily operation of the school office is also an essential aspect of this role.

Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, it is hoped that a permanent position will be offered, however, this is not guaranteed. Our salary for this position is estimated at £25,000 per annum.
