An excellent opportunity with an international, award winning professional services firm has an opportunity for a Claims Administrator to work on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract
You will be working Monday - Friday, 09.30 - 17.30 pm with the option to work hybrid

The Claims Administrator role:
You will be working productively in a team environment and will be responsible for a technical and efficient delivery of service, being responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Claims department.
Daily duties will include:
- Data entry
- Being responsible for the proactive management of files and compliance with external client's service level agreements
- Opening new matters and inputting data into the claims management system.
- Sending acknowledgements, conducting conflict searches, assisting with diary management, and providing management information (reports).
- Ensuring that all basic administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely, i.e. filing, scanning, making / receiving telephone calls, dealing with enquiries etc.
- Dealing with financial matters, for example arranging and processing payments, dealing with billing and accounts queries, recording, and updating financial information etc.
The ideal Claims Administrator:
- Ideally you will have some previous administration experience, or willing to learn
- You will need to be happy with repetitive work duties
- You will need strong written and verbal skills.
- An enjoyment of providing strong customer service levels
- Able to work flexibly and the ability to work well both individually and as part of a team environment.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
