About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Claims Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing claims from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new enquiries, including arranging appointments and setting up contract files.
  • Liaise with Contracts Managers to convert enquiries to on-site works and provide programme, lead time, and cost information to contractors.
  • Assist Contracts Managers in ensuring claims are managed through to completion, being the primary point of contact for daily enquiries from clients, contractors, and customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with Contract Managers and all parties involved in claims, using various methods including email, telephone, and letter, and logging all communication on relevant systems.
  • Assist with processing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to clients using web-based systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office, including holiday and surge cover.
