Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Buildspace Group in Bristol. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects.

About the Role

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule, while maintaining profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports;
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, such as construction management or a related discipline;
  • Proven experience in construction project coordination or a related field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
