**Virtual Sales Manager - Leasing - Automotive**
**Location**: Nantwich - Hybrid Working (you will need to be within travelling distance of the Nantwich office)
**Salary**: up to £27,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE 45k per annum

Virtual Sales Manager, you will be handling accounts for customers with fleet of less than 100 vehicles. The role will be a ‘full-lifecycle’ sales position; you will be responsible for identifying and managing opportunities, qualifying their needs, proposingsolutions, and closing based on vehicle and auxiliary product requirements.
**Key Accountabilities**:
You will be building and managing a sales pipeline to deliver or exceed your vehicle sales target. This will be done through different opportunity channels including; new business prospecting, existing customer management and incoming enquiries. This will bedone with a phone first, consultative, solutions orientated approach.
**Other responsibilities will include**:
- Ensuring actions remain compliant with appropriate company processes and industry legislation such as GDPR or FCA
- Credit-checking customers to ensure financial viability
- Upselling and including auxiliary products as part of a complete solutions package
**Applicants should be able to demonstrate**:
- Strong communication skills, using omnichannel communications to contact and interact with potential customers who have enquired with a phone first, consultative, solutions orientated approach.
- Experience within the automotive leasing industry
- The ability to negotiate and conclude sales in a consultative manner
- A “hunter mentality”, always looking for additional opportunities to exceed targeted expectations.
- A continuous improvement mindset with an intrinsic focus on personal development
- A competitive nature - to always strive to be the best
- An excellent attention to detail, particularly when dealing with financial information / data
- An understanding of CRM systems
- An organised and methodical approach, with the ability to work under your own initiative.
