Sales Enablement Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or evidence of similar skills and experiences.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful sales enablement programs.
- Experience with salesforce, Mindtickle and/or WorkRamp will be seen as a differentiator.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse teams across different geographies.

- Develop and implement Sales Enablement programs and initiatives to support the global Ford Pro Intelligence and Charging sales teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tools, resources, and collateral to support the sales teams reach desired.
- Communicate and publicize programs and initiatives, track their adoption and analyse results to provide suggestions to improve.
- Measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives and continuously optimize programs to drive sales productivity and revenue growth.
