About the role
You will be required to provide administrative and business support, to the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Team and take a lead on developing and maintaining a range of systems to support the team in their service delivery.

What will you be doing?
Maintaining the council's intranet pages and support the communication of Health, Safety and Wellbeing services. Working with our systems you will develop effective reporting of management information. You will undertake invoicing and procurement processes and arrange and account for income from our service level agreements.

You will provide general support to the team, monitor the team inbox and support with the organisation of meetings and preparation of resources for presentations and training events.

To be proficient in Office 365 and able to work with data to support the team and develop our reporting processes.
