**Responsibilities / Job Description**
- Working closely with the Directors and Senior Management to determine current and future business resourcing requirements.
- Create engaging job adverts and post to relevant websites / marketing platforms.
- Shortlist CV’s promptly and conducting interviews (telephone / face-to-face).
- Plan, organise and run recruitment events.
- Organise job offers, inductions and New Starter Packs
