Education Co-ordinator

Are you passionate about education and keen to make a difference? We're looking for an Education Co-ordinator to join our Services & Partnerships team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering our education programme, ensuring it's both high quality and user informed.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the co-ordination of a range of online, national, and regional face-to-face education events. You'll also oversee our digital survey account (SmartSurvey) to gather feedback for continuous improvement, as well as attending and overseeing face-to-face events as needed.

Accuracy is key. You'll input and maintain CRM records relating to education events for promotional and co-ordination purposes. Additionally, you'll represent the Association externally, including at conferences, and handle pre and post-event administrative tasks like mass emails, attendance reminders, resource collation, and certificate distribution.

Being a team player is essential. You will liaise with internal colleagues including regional staff and care admin to support project objectives and provide necessary information to our Conference and Events team to ensure efficient running of events and projects.

Hybrid Working Expectations: no minimum requirement for weekly office attendance but flexibility to attend team meetings is essential.
