Are you a compassionate, skilled nurse seeking a fulfilling nursing career? Crossgate Care Home in Kilmarnock is looking for dedicated Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN/RNLD/ENG) to join our team, providing the highest standard of care in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding nursing care and effectively supervise staff members
- Create, maintain, and review personalized care plans for residents
- Safely administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate records
- Uphold a clean and secure environment, adhering to health & safety and infection control policies
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Support the training and development of junior and new staff members
*Requirements:*
- 1st/2nd level nurse registration
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Satisfactory background check and clearance against the PoVA list
- Genuine interest in working with our service user group
*Desired Qualifications & Experience:*
- Prior supervisory experience
- Relevant experience or qualifications in care for our service user group
