**Sales & Customer Service Assistant**

Days: Monday - Friday

Time: 8:30am - 5:00pm

30 Minute unpaid break to be taken in this period

As a Sales & Customer Service Assistant you will be supporting the Customer Service Manager & Finance & Commercial Manager in maintaining the existing customer base whilst growing the external opportunities. A focus on retention and proactive customer service will be at the heart of the role.

**Job Duties**:

- Supporting the Customer Service Manager in relation to service enquiries and day to day running of the customer service desk.
- Supporting the Finance & Commercial Manager in relation to inbound and outbound sales enquiries and supporting the sales process.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with all stakeholders and keep progress up-to-date
- Developing and creating documents as per required
- Making yourself familiar on best business practices and techniques for increasing productivity and quality of work
- Identifying prospect key accounts
- Fostering familiar relationships between clients
- Following up on client requirements if tasked to do so
- Finding new clients and promoting sales to them via telesales and offline marketing
- Identifying and prospect key accounts
- Following up on client leads
- Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business
- Being aware of market trends, competitors and latest industry news
- Familiar and skilled in all forms of technology, operate a bespoke software systems unique to the compan**y**
