**About the Opportunity**
Working within our Field Services business you’ll be part of a small team based at our Winnersh office assisting with day-to-day training enquiries.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Arranging monthly training renewals (in-house & external courses) & organising training with local providers.
- Collating SQEP packs for operatives, supervisors, engineers & managers across civil, mechanical & electrical teams and ensuring they are meeting the SQEP standards.
- New employee gap analysis training requirements.
- Organising medical appointments for classified workers & suit medicals.
- Being the point of contact for training requests for personal development.
- Submission of HSA & Borer access requests including dosemeter issues.
- Data inputting onto the training system & matrix’s and ensuring these are up to date.
- To always ensure we comply with AWE SQEP requirements.

- Be competent in all micro soft packages.
- Be able to obtain SC clearance.
