**Product Processing Administrator**

**Location**: Office based during training and then Hybrid

**Salary**: £22,400

**Hours**: 35 per week, Monday to Friday

**Contract**: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing a customer plan from receipt of order to activation of the plan, including;
- Processing customer details and requirements
- Allocating the plan to a funeral director
- Scheduling and taking payments from plan holder
- Activating the plan
- Addressing any issues associated with the plan
- Making outbound calls to funeral directors, intermediaries, plan holders and plan holder representatives while maintaining Golden Charter standards at all times
- Re-scheduling direct debits upon the plan holder’s instruction
- Transferring plans from one funeral director to a new funeral director at the wish of the plan holder
- Participating in team buzzes and requesting help where necessary
- Ensuring the team principles are implemented and adhered to

**Essential criteria**:

- Educated to GSCE level or equivalent and in possession of good grades in English and Maths
- Accurate, numerate and date literate
- Excellent written communication skills
- Track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft packages Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
