Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis, to recruit a Payroll Administrator on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a dynamic team and progress their career. This role offers excellent benefits and the opportunity for hybrid working, three days in the office and two days from home.
The main duties:
- Processing of a monthly payroll of 200 employees
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Review and processing of payroll deductions for company benefits including RTI notices, student loans, savings club
- Dealing with and responding to payroll queries
- Production of monthly payroll reconciliations
- Production of payslips/E-payslips, P45s, P11ds, P60s and any other required payroll related documents
- Provide ad-hoc support on sales ledger including raising sales invoices, credit notes, assisting with production of weekly sales ledger reporting and credit control
- Provide ad-hoc support on purchase ledger
- Provide other ad-hoc finance admin support
The main requirements:
- End to end payroll experience is essential
- Team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills including Excel
- High levels of attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
