Claims Administrator (Financial Services and Investments)

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing of maturities, surrenders, and bereavement claims.
- Upholding accuracy and attention to detail in all claim processing tasks.
- Ensuring claims are completed promptly and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Engaging empathetically with customers throughout the claim process, particularly during bereavement claims.
- Striving for the highest standard of customer service while ensuring the correct outcome for each customer.
- Maintaining complete accuracy in relevant computer systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Adhering to and updating procedures as necessary.
- Developing a thorough knowledge of products, including the ability to comprehend product specifications and Terms & Conditions (T&C’s).

Qualifications and Skills:

- Prior experience in processing claims within Financial Services is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
- Demonstrated attention to detail with a commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Strong numerical skills, including the ability to verify claim values.
