Do you have experience offering administrative support within a financial services organisation? Maybe you have financial services customer service experience, looking to transfer into a more technical administration role?

CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with our established financial services client, an established independent financial advice office, as they look to hire a financial administrator to support their advisors.

**Key responsibilities of the IFA Administrator**:

- Support a small team of IFAs / Mortgage Brokers in all aspects of their work
- Process new business across mortgage, investment and pension products
- Assist with diary management and meeting preparation documentation for the advisors
- Navigate financial product provider websites to find policy information

**Key skills or background required for the IFA Administrator**:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to handle queries in various formats
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when working to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant mortgage and investment products is desirable, but not essential

Pay: £23,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
