**About Tritech**

**The role**:
As a Temporary Sales Administrator, you will join a small, highly customer-focused team as part of our Operations function, covering a period of maternity leave for a minimum of 10 months. There will be the potential for the contract to be extended up to 15 months in total.

Sales Administrators are responsible for being a first and vital point of contact for new and existing customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience that portrays our reputation for excellence. The work is busy, varied and requires someone with a strong attention to detail.

**Job responsibilities**:
**Enquiries and requests for quotation (RFQs)**:

- Responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Recording enquiries in the CRM system and preparing/sending quotations for both new product sales and service/repairs.

**Sales and Service Orders**:

- Create and process sales and service orders using Tritech’s ERP system.
- Liaise with Customers and Supply Chain team as appropriate to ensure all parties are kept updated.

**Equipment Rental Orders**:

- Process orders and quotes for rental equipment

**Other Sales Admin tasks**: Various other tasks as required relating to maintaining critical data, systems and price lists or general administration to support fulfilment of customer orders

**Qualifications and experience**:

- The role will suit someone who enjoys working as part of a team and making a difference for customers (both internal and external).
- Previous experience of working in a Sales Administration role is essential. Prior experience of working in an engineering/manufacturing business would be advantageous.
- Possessing a strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to give customers the best possible experience.
- You will be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- The confidence and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships, both internally and externally, with technicians and non-technicians, will be essential.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
