Due to growth within **Optimum Pay**, we now have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Representative** to join our award-winning company based at our brand-new head office in Crewe.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make and receive telephone calls to and from clients
- Take and distribute accurate messages when required
- Liaison with all internal departments
- Scan and copy documents
- Update and maintain databases such as quotation lists, contact lists and client information
- Perform work related tasks when requested from the Managers
- Update and maintain internal staff contact lists
- Type documents, reports and correspondence
- Monitor and maintain office supplies
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Perform work related errands as requested
- Keep office area clean and tidy
- Adhere to relevant health and safety laws and policies

**About You**:

- You will be dealing with customers regularly throughout the day so exceptional communication and phone manner is essential
- Adaptable and reactive to your working environment
- IT Literate
- Proven background with multi-tasking and keeping good time management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong logical mind
