**About the Trust**

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust provide services to the local community to around 500,000 people, with the regional cancer centre supporting around 2 million people. They provide care to the community with an annual budget of around £350 million and more than 5,000 staff.

**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Communicating with the new starters to answer any queries
- Organise the fit testing schedule for the new starters, including booking the slots and communicating bookings to the testers and the attendees
- Providing support with data loading to ENH Academy (training will be provided)
- Maintain attendance information and produce reports on training as required, using ENH Academy
- Assist with communications relating to Clinical Skills courses delivered by Clinical Education
- Organise / prepare the training rooms within Clinical Education

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- both verbal and written
- Microsoft office skills
- Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Previous admin experience
- Previous NHS experience
- NHS System Knowledge
- This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years administration experience._
