Recruitment Administrator

Caring Connections is looking for a new member of the team to head up recruitment within our Merseyside branch. This role is focused on supporting recruitment, interviewing and overseeing onboarding of new social care staff to the Merseyside branch. Alongside this there will be a range of administrative duties including overseeing staff files and ensuring all CQC safer recruitment guidance is followed.
We will require the individual to be based primarily at our head office in Knowsley however there maybe travel needed to our Wirral location for interviews / open days etc.
We will require someone with initiative to help support new ways of engaging new talent to our workforce, so attending vents and recruitment fayres is a must.
As a charity we are committed to development and supporting our staff to develop a career, we will actively enroll individuals onto CIPD qualifications as part of this role.
- **We require the individual to be a driver and have access to their own vehicle. We also are not providing sponsorship for this post**_
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Booking in and conducting interviews for both Ellesmere Port and Knowsley.**
**Been completely responsible for onboarding process. Processing all pre
- employment checks - dbs, references and mandatory training. Taking applicants right through from initial contact to shadowing.**
**Provide recruitment reports.**
**Maintain accurate recruitment databases.**
**Compiling new staff files.**
**Completing audit on staff files.**
**Managing and updating staff training spreadsheet.**
**Monitoring and logging staff absence spreadsheet.**
**Assisting management team with any other duties when required.**
**Welcome and sign guests in and out of the office.**
**Providing high quality administrative support to the team**

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year
