We are currently looking for an enthusiastic part time Receptionist to join our small friendly team at Dr Krishnan’s Surgery, Kent Elms Health Centre

You will work 20-25 hours per week over 5 Days. The shifts are 8am - 1pm and 1.30pm - 6.30pm.

You will need to be flexible and able to work extra hours, if required.

Duties as follows:

- Welcoming patients to the surgery
- Taking telephone calls from patients and booking appointments
- Processing repeat prescription requests and speaking with patients and pharmacies
- Opening, scanning and matching incoming post
- Actioning tasks on SystmOne
- Undertaking a variety of administrative duties, to assist the smooth running of the practice

You will need to be flexible and able to work extra hours, if required.
