Due to the expansion of the Trust we are seeking an enthusiastic and diligent HR Administration Apprentice. The role would suit someone who is a ‘people person’ and eager to start or progress their career in HR. You will be part of an inspirational and friendly central HR team who support our growing trust. This will be a diverse role suited to a friendly, solutions focused team player.

The Together Learning Trust nurture a culture where our leaders can thrive and our people are supported in an inclusive and friendly environment. The central team have close links and work collaboratively with head teachers, senior leadership teams and other staff within our schools.

What the role involves in a nutshell:

- Using our new iTrent HR system you will help support the effective administration of the employee lifecycle from recruitment/onboarding all the way through to offboarding an employee.
- You will learn how to administer contract changes and keep the iTrent system up to date with monthly contractual and payroll changes.
- Supporting the HR & Recruitment Manager you will learn how to undertake pre-employment checks, advertise vacancies, and will assist with preparing and issuing contracts of employment.
- You will also get to support the wider HR team with people projects and employee relations matters which will develop your understanding of employment law practices and policy advice.
