**About the Customer Service Representative** **role**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager but working closely with our engineers you will be a valued member within the business, as you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers to arrange the servicing of equipment. We are looking for someone highly organised and have the confidence to juggle tasks, solve problems as well as collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve business objectives and further enhance your learning.
