**Marketing Executive - Construction Products**

£28,000 to £31,000 - full time, 37.5 hours per week

**Home/Office Based - Remote/Hybrid Working**

Granby Roofing & Building Supplies, based in Weymouth, is a well established and popular builder’s merchants supplying a range of roofing and building products to a wide range of trade and individual customers across Dorset. Our sister company Permavent, is the UK’s leading roofing and construction products manufacturer, supplying innovative and award winning solutions to the housebuilding and construction industry. Both companies work closely together.

**Remote/hybrid working**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain company website, social media, and other digital marketing channels with a clear development of a social media calendar and campaign.
- Develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and seminars.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics.

**What we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in all aspects of marketing. Any construction industry knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to industry events and trade shows.
- Attend and support online meetings and CPD seminars.

**What we offer**:
A competitive salary of £28,000 to £31,000 depending on experience together with a benefits package including:
5.6 weeks annual holiday which increases to 6.6 weeks with service.
- Non-contractual annual bonus based on performance.
