We are looking to add an Administrator to the growing team. This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm from the Moortown Office. Great central location, with on-street parking and is easily accessible by public transport.

As an Administrator, you will receive £20,000 - £30,000 basic, dependent on experience, 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and fantastic opportunities as we continue to expand.

Spending the last 15 years providing expertise at every level of financial planning including pensions, investments, protection, general insurance, and inheritance tax planning, there is now a requirement for additional support, in the form of office administration, covering a range of responsibilities.

As an Administrator you will:

- Create and maintain client files.
- Supporting paraplanner
- Checking completeness of documents received and issuing documentation to clients
- Retrieving information from providers via phone, letters, or websites.
- Process new business
- Chasing business completion
- Work with Intelligent office or other back office systems

This is a fantastic role for those wishing to continuously expand their financial services knowledge as part of a rapidly expanding business. You will achieve the required levels of training and compliance as per the company’s training and competence scheme.
