MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit Complaints Coordinator's to join them on a Permanent and Part Time Basis.

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced administrators or coordinators to apply, who possess exceptional customer service and clerical skills. Ideally someone who thrives in challenging atmospheres and can remain calm under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent Customer Service to Customers who had raised complaints
- Drafting complaint responses and updating the database to ensure all queries and resolutions are logged
- Be impartial and understanding to upset and distressed Customers
- Thoroughly investigate any concerns presented in the Complaint
- Adhere to the time limits and processes applicable
- Access and resolve a wide range of enquiries with the objective of providing a positive customer experience and resolution at first point of contact.
- Previous experience of working within Housing or with Local Authorities is preferable
- Track record of problem solving.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and challenging atmospheres
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great listening skills
- Patience and understanding
