Compliance Administrator

NRG Riverside are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator based in the Skelmersdale office. We will provide a structured training plan.

**Main Duties**
- Inputting of service data on to our web-based system with attention to detail being a prerequisite
- Booking customer compliance events with relevant service provider/RTR depot
- Maintaining accurate vehicle records
- Working with service providers to fulfil customer requirements
- Investigate and solve customer queries
- Provide detailed reports as required
- Responsibility for inbound and outbound telephone calls and responding accordingly
- Working within a team

**Skills**
- You will need to be efficient in data input
- Able to build relationships with staff across the business
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical and methodical with excellent attention to detail
- Good IT/Excel skills - training will be provided on our in-house system
- Excellent attention to detail

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of the HGV and Tyre industry
