Meraki Talent is working with a well known financial services organisation based in Edinburgh to appoint a Digital Assistant on a 6-month temporary basis. This opportunity is full-time and offers an excellent hourly rate. To be considered for this role you must be able to work on site, in the city centre office, 5 days a week.

As a Customer Service Assistant in the Client Engagement Hub, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so it is essential that you have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, using your problem-solving skills to find optimal solutions. You will also need to be highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and manage large amounts of information, tracking and documenting customer interactions with accuracy.

In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption of our digital platform and providing feedback to support continuous improvement. You will need to be a great team player who can work independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

Overall, our client is looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is dedicated to making our clients' experience with the company a positive one.
