We are looking to recruit self-employed / employed multiskilled tradespeople to join us in our upcoming projects.

Must have your own transport and tools.

We are looking for skilled people who have been in the industry for at least 10 years and who are proficient in a variety of trades such as; bricklaying, block laying, plastering, carpentry, and roofing. Ideally that someone can build a Newbuild or extention from start to finish.

we will give anyone ago thats asking for sensible money, we pay accondenly, we will always put anyones wages up that are earning it, need to prove it first. we also offer a van & fuel card to the right tradesman. After or up to 3 months probation, not before.

Wage Negotiable. avarage pay offer is between £120.00 & £170.00 per day. or between 26k & 34k. on the books. Depends on experience, van & tools you have, also eligibility. Day rates are based on 8hr days, and you will be paid per hour for the hours worked.

we pay extra to those who have good health and saftey training, please let us know what you have. It all helps to our CHAS & SSIP membership.

we are small company of 25 - 30 staff, its important to us to have the right tradesman, (as hard as this is :(, also the right attitude to all, I hate the saying thats not my job, we all just muck in, what ever needs doing, its everones job intill done.

tradesman that are willing to come up with the times, this job is always a school day, especially with clients & internet.

we are really looking for tradesman & labours, that we can get to know & keep long term.
