Multi-Skill Trades Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Multi-Skill Trades operatives to join our Voids and Responsive Repairs team in Gloucestershire.

About the Role

As a Multi-Skill Trades operative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customer's homes are maintained and repaired to a great standard. You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track, and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec, and right first time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering Multi-Trade work to a high standard
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks and priorities
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Ensuring jobs are completed on time and to budget
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering Multi-Trade work
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. NVQ L2)
  • Good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track
  • Personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently, and delivered right first time
  • A full driving licence and ability to work in a mobile role
