Job Summary

Platform Housing is seeking experienced Multi-Skill Tradespeople to join our Voids and Responsive Repairs team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Multi-Trade work, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting and decorating.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience of delivering Multi-Trade work, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting and decorating.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ L2, and associated multi-skill trades qualifications.
  • Good organisational skills and experience of keeping jobs on track.
  • Personal drive to ensure works are completed quickly, efficiently, and delivered right first time.
  • A full driving licence and ability to work in a mobile role.
