We are seeking experienced multi-skill tradespeople to join our Voids and Responsive Repairs team in Gloucestershire.

About the Role

As a multi-skill trades operative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard. You will work independently, using your skills and experience to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver multi-trade work to a high standard
  • Work independently, using your skills and experience to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the organization
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering multi-trade work
  • Qualifications in a relevant trade (e.g. NVQ L2 Plumbing, NVQ L2 Carpentry)
  • Full driving licence
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work independently
