Job Summary

Platform Housing Group is seeking experienced Multi-Skill Trades operatives to join our Voids and Responsive Repairs team in Gloucestershire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our homes to a great standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Multi-Trade work, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities, maintaining a high level of organization and time management.
  • Conduct site visits, assessing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering Multi-Trade work, with a strong track record of customer satisfaction.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ L2, and associated multi-skill trades certifications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full driving license, with a van and fuel card provided for mobile roles.
  • A DBS check is required for this position.
