We are seeking experienced multi-skill tradespeople to join our Voids and Responsive Repairs team in Gloucestershire.

About the Role

As a multi-skill tradesperson, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' homes are maintained and repaired to a high standard. You will work independently, using your skills and experience to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver multi-trade work to a high standard
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Contribute to the success of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve processes and outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering multi-trade work
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ L2 or equivalent
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
  • A full driving licence, with a van and fuel card provided
  • A DBS check, as you will be working with customers in their homes
