An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manual Handling Administrator to join the manual handling and ergonomics team. You will provide administrative support for manual handling training and the wider manual handling and ergonomics team.

We are seeking an individual who is excellent at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure within a close team but also enjoys the challenge of working autonomously.

The service operates across multiple Trust sites and the administrator will be expected to commute from home to allocated sites for the start of shifts; occasionally the administrator may be asked to travel to different locations during the day by trust transport.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, skilled individual to join the Manual Handling and Ergonomics team as our Manual Handling Administrator.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Manual Handling and Ergonomics team in implementing the administrator role across all sites.

Good communication, interpersonal, computer skills, familiarity with Outlook, Teams and attention to detail and accuracy are essential for the post, as is the ability to work independently.

There are excellent opportunities for Learning and Development available in the Trust and the successful applicant will be well supported and encouraged to develop in their role. Informal visits are welcome.

Administration NVQ Level 2 minimum or equivalent experiences

Mathematics and English qualifications

**Desirable**:
Business Administration -Level 3

Appropriate standard of general education GCSE level or equivalent

Evidence of continuing career/professional development in own area of work.

**Experience**:

Experience of working in a customer service environment

Demonstrate prioritisation skills with ability to manage multiple strands of work

**Desirable**:
Recent experience of working in healthcare setting

Ability to work flexibly. This includes working out of hours and at weekends as part of a 7 day working pattern (when appropriate service delivery allows and commences)
