Sales Administrator

Daily duties to include:
- Acting as front of house both face to face and over the telephone in a friendly and professional manner.
- Arranging the marketing of available properties including: liaising with vendor, organising photographs, floor plans, EPCs, creating brochures, window cards and external advertising.
- Creating Sales letters/memorandums/invoices.
- Carrying out offer checks and obtaining solicitor details.
- Ensuring Anti-Money laundering policies are followed.
- Office management;
- including filing, ordering supplies and maintenance & presentation of the office/
- Providing general support for the sales department.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage your own workload efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- To provide excellent customer services to clients.
Hours of Work: Part Time (25 hours per week). No weekends. Specific hours can be discussed if you reach interview stage.
Salary dependant on experience.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £12,500.00-£14,375.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
