Belfast, United Kingdom Super Tutors Academy Full time

Duties:

- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in need of academic support
- Develop personalised lesson plans based on the individual needs and learning styles of each student
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to enhance student learning
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience working with children, especially in a tutoring or teaching capacity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students of various ages and skill levels
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies (preferred)
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
