Job Title: Care Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Lead to support our team of care professionals in providing exceptional care to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and prioritizing workloads, leading teams, and providing support to care professionals.

The role will involve a hybrid working pattern, with part of the time spent in our office in Belfast and part working in the community supporting our clients and care professionals.

The Care Team Lead will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional care to our clients in their homes, including personal care, companionship, home help, and medication support.
  2. Completing regular support visits and care certificate observations with care professionals.
  3. Completing daily audits on clients and care professionals' notes, identifying and reporting changes to management.
  4. Regularly completing 'well-being' checks with new staff to ensure they feel supported in their roles.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of one year experience working in a domiciliary care setting.
  2. NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  3. NISCC Registration (preferable).
  4. Passion for delivering high-quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
  5. Confidence in using care management technology, including providing support and training to care professionals.
  6. Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms.
  7. Full driving license and access to transport within the territory to visit clients.
