The role will be a **full-time position** which will include a hybrid working pattern, part in our office in Belfast, and part working in the community supporting our clients and care professionals.

As a Care Supervisor you will be paid an hourly rate of **£13.00 to £13.50 per hour**. In addition to this you will be paid **45p per mile for travel and performance related bonuses.**

Some duties will include:

- Providing an excellent level of care to our clients in their homes (supporting with personal care, companionship, home help, medication support etc).
- Completing regular support visits and care certificate observations with care professionals
- Completing daily audits on clients and care professionals’ notes, identifying and reporting changes to management
- Regularly complete ‘well-being’ checks with new staff to ensure they feel supported in their roles
- Evidence and always promote best practice and become the person the care professionals’ approach for support

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of one year experience working in a domiciliary care setting
- NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care (or interested in working towards this qualification)
- NISCC Registration**(preferable)**:

- Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
- Must be confident to use care management technology including providing support and training to CAREGivers.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms with the aptitude to learn and adopt new technologies and software where appropriate.
- Must have full driving license and access to transport within the territory to visit clients.
- Be organised and flexible to meet the needs of the business.
