**Job Description**:
As a Care Professional, your client visits may consist of:

- Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation
- Help with medications and self-care
- Offer companionship and conversation
- Accompanying your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops
- Helping your client get ready in the morning, or with their night time routine
- support worker

**Qualifications**:
No professional experience required. Full training provided.

**ESSENTIAL**
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care

Additional Information
**What we provide**:

- Pay rates from **£11.00 to £22.00** per hour and pay mileage contribution for travel.
- ** Spend 1 hour or longer with every client, see the same clients at the same times every week**:

- Minimum 15 minutes travel time between homes.
