The Role & What You Will Be Doing

This role will provide support to the Line Manager as may be required for other departmental projects/initiatives. This role will have introduction to basic Regulatory Affairs activities by supporting the EU Regional Regulatory teams in regulatory compliance activities and preparation of simple regulatory submissions.

- Update/maintain Product Histories and HA Approval trackers in-line with current SOPs and guidance to support the release of finished product for approved Marketing Authorisations within the EU.- Ensure databases and systems (for example MyPortfolio) are updated in-line with current SOPs and up-to-date information.-
- Advise management of the status and progress of assigned duties identifying potential problems or delays, and possible solutions, as they occur and maintain a current status report for these projects.- Assist Line Manager by supporting departmental initiatives as may be required.- Develop an awareness of regulatory requirements (including legislation, guidelines, industry best practice, and liaison with Competent Authorities) and use this information to optimise departmental procedures and processes and to ensure Health Authority requirements and Regulatory Compliance are maintained.

About Your Skills & Experience- BSc or equivalent in Life Sciences or related area.- Demonstrable experience in Regulatory Affairs.- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Proven experience in managing large volume and fast paced product portfolios.- Flexible approach to enable prioritisation in line with company requirements.- Proven ability to effectively participate in working groups or cross functional project teams, and successfully collaborate with colleagues.Benefits at Viatris
