The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Registration Assistant role will provide administrative and regulatory support to the UKRA team to enable effective management of approved Marketing Authorisations within the UK.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Registration Assistant role will make an impact:- Assist the UKRA team with the compilation of regulatory submissions to the MHRA, including support for all associated administrative activities.- Support UKRA with submissions through the MHRA Portal.- Liaise with Business Development (BD) for third-party licences with regards to Own Label Supply (OLS).- Provide support to UKRA to maintain databases and systems, as directed by Regulatory Officer(s).- Assist with creation and maintenance of trackers and provide administrative support to projects.- Generate reports from tracking tools/ systems, as directed.- Keep the eMC website updated with approved SmPCs and PILs, in accordance with specified working processes.- Assist with, or provide responses to internal or external queries, as appropriate, with support from team members.- Manage tasks relating to submission fees (telegraphic transfers, invoices, purchase orders) for the team or department, where requested.- Retain, store, and manage regulatory information in-line with departmental guidance to ensure effective and timely retrieval (electronic and paper).

About Your Skills & Experience- BSc or equivalent in Life Sciences or related area.- Demonstrable experience in Regulatory Affairs.- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Proven experience in managing large volume and fast paced product portfolios.- Flexible approach to enable prioritisation in line with company requirements.- Proven ability to effectively participate in working groups or cross functional project teams, and successfully collaborate with colleagues.Benefits at Viatris
