Business Support Administrator

**About the Organisation**:

National Procurement (NP), National Services Division (NSD) and NHS Scotland Assure Directorates provide specific services and expert advice across its portfolio of activity. Outputs include specialist services commissioning, screening, national contracting, logistics, procurement systems, and professional advice and expertise about property, facilities, construction and equipment.
**The Post**:
The Business Support team provides professional administration services which support the day to day ongoing work and projects delivered by these directorates. The team also provides guidance and support to all corporate governance and assurance initiatives.
We are currently seeking experienced Business Support Administrators to provide a full range of administrative support services. There are two posts 1 Permanent and 1 Fixed Term for 12 months. These posts are based at Delta House, 48 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2NP. These posts are currently working to a hybrid model which includes participating in a rota with a mix of office and home working.
You must be a team player and able to co-ordinate your work efficiently and effectively within a larger group structure. You must have the confidence to act on your own initiative particularly when dealing with confidential administrative duties and enquiries on behalf of the wider team and directorates.
A large part of the role involves supporting and taking minutes at various meetings, therefore significant experience in taking minutes is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as are well-developed organisational abilities and a flexible approach to working. In depth knowledge of Microsoft office packages and excellent attention to.
**Location and Working Pattern**:
Delta House, Glasgow
Currently hybrid working
The work pattern is e.g Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
It is a condition of this employment that you must live and remain a resident within the UK for the post in which you will be employed with NSS.
