**Job Outline**:
The prime responsibility is to be the first point of contact for all visitors entering the building and for all telephone calls made to the EMEA Headquarters. This involves the handling of incoming calls quickly and efficiently, ensuring that customer service is a top priority.

The ability to be able to work at times under pressure handling multiple tasks at the same time whilst maintaining a friendly and welcoming image to all internal and external customers alike is of paramount importance.

**What the role involves**:

- Responsible for greeting all visitors and answering the telephone in a polite and efficient manner.
- Maintain full coverage of the switchboard and reception desk.
- Make office wide announcements over the phone system.
- Greet visitors and inform the member of staff being visited of their arrival.
- Ensure that all visitors and contractors to Future House are issued with the correct pass.
- Ensure that all Future Electronics employees without a pass sign in.
- To accept any postal deliveries (except MIS and 3rd floor tenants), and inform the correct staff member to collect.
- Ensure that the reception area is a pleasant and welcoming environment
- Provide a first class customer services level to all internal and external customers.
- Additional projects or duties as management may at time require

**Do you have?**
- Previous experience working within a busy area is preferable.
- Highly organised and accurate, able to work under pressure and maintain extensive attention to detail.
- Able to work under own initiative and as a member of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy, particularly in excel.
