Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect and record patient information, including medical history and dental records
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with billing and financial transactions
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
