Hobson Prior are currently looking for a Senior Associate Supply Chain to join a brilliant biotech corporation on a contract basis located in Cambridge. Our client is focused on changing novel concepts and findings into remedies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this position, you will handle change management and operational brilliance initiatives to improve process performance.
- Responsible for both weekly and monthly reporting on aberrations, complaints and returns.
- Collaborate with third party counterparts and shareholders to enable investigation and closure of complaints and aberrations in a timely manner.
- Supervise stock levels at UK and IE wholesalers on a day-to-day basis.
- You will raise knowledge on if necessary stock levels are not met to wholesaler supply chain team and supply change management.
- To guarantee that rebate processing is completed in a timely manner, you will reconcile the monthly wholesaler rebate reports and converse with the UK commercial team.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a logistics, supply chain management or business analytics discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a supply chain setting.
- Familiarity working in a global setting, with the ability to mediate/discuss efficiently with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Capable of examining abstract and multifaceted issues needed review of large data sets and numerous variables.
