About the Role

As a Supply Chain Specialist at Spire Global, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and procurement processes.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Manage relationships with 3PL providers, vendors, and suppliers.
  3. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
  • APICS CSCP, CPIM, PMP, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis; knowledge of safety protocols and compliance in warehousing and logistics.
Compensation and Benefits

$80,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Spire Global offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
